Traditional Chinese Medicine has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up in Chongqing, China, in a family deeply rooted in Chinese medicine. For over 30 years, my parents served their community through their clinic, and I was raised witnessing the quiet, steady work of helping people heal. As an athlete, I spent years training in swimming and basketball, where I learned discipline, resilience, and what it means to live in a body under strain. Through pain, injury, and recovery, I developed an early respect for the body’s capacity to heal and for the kind of care that can truly support that process.

I later earned my MBA and worked in Fortune 500 companies, but the demands of that world eventually took a toll on my own health. Through anxiety, insomnia, and depression, I found myself returning to acupuncture in a much deeper way. What had once been part of my upbringing became something deeply personal. In time, it became my calling. That path led me to complete my Master’s Degree in TCM and become a California-licensed acupuncturist. Today, I specialize in pain relief, fertility, digestive health, and sleep disorders.

At Summit Acupuncture & Herbs, I offer individualized care rooted in both tradition and lived experience. My treatments may include acupuncture, cupping, herbal medicine, and Gua Sha, always tailored to the person as a whole, with the goal of restoring balance, relieving pain, and supporting lasting wellness.
